A word from our President - Annette Howe:
As a mother of two boys (three including my husband) and a house wife of twenty years I have felt first hand the need for someone around to manage all of the many home repairs that come up. My husband is a license plumber and has worked in construction for 30 years, he has ran a large commmercial plumbing contracting business for the last 20 of them and I have worked with him and lived through many home improvements. I have been around many construction projects, including basement remodels, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels and just about any home improvement project you could imagine. One thing I have learned is there is a big difference between the many unprofessional service contractors and the hard to find honest, realiable and "skilled tradesmen" that are conducting business as total home service and repair companies.
KNOW-HOWE was Incorporated as a family-owned and operated business right here in Arlington Heights, Illinois and was started to fufill the need for knowledgeable, reasonably price, and not embarised to say it "true American craftmanship" which was what this country was built on. You should feel comfortable with the people you choose to let enter you house and we can provide that level of comfort. Since our company opened its doors , we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other total home service companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch you deserve.
We are not looking for one call and then we part ways. We are looking to build a long relationship with you, your family, your friends and your co-workers. I have always operated on the one principle that the time and money we spend to give you the best experience we will not have to waste on advertising dollars later because you will return the favor with referals.
